You are a potential candidate if you are willing to work with others easily. If you are not able to work in a group, you definitely will suffer a setback. So to show the employer that you support teamwork, you need to incorporate the word “We” into your answer when you are talking about yourself. For example say we were responsible for this particular success, rather than saying I was responsible.
TIP 9: REFRAIN FROM BOSS OR JOB BASHING
Telling the interviewer about your past job experience can work in your advantage only when you don’t portray a negative view about your former employers. As this will indicate that you have a loyalty, respect and attitude problem, and more importantly the employer would be skeptical on whether you would do the same, when you decide to switch to another job. Do not talk negatively rather stay positive about how excited and determined you are to start a new chapter in your life.
TIP 10: MAKE EYE CONTACT THROUGHOUT YOUR ANSWER
To express a level of confidence, interest and honesty you should maintain an eye contact, it does wonders. It is important to keep in mind that if the interviewer is not making an eye contact and looking here and there, it means he is bored, time to move on to the next question.
